Before shipping, a product is always well monitored and cross checked by our team as your satisfaction is important for us. Having worldwide customers the need of perfection in results is a key factor. But in case of Return and Exchange, certain things need to be taken care of.
Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are now available in the United States and Canada and must be done within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags, undamaged and have all components that were provided, e.g., thank you card, etc.
Anything accidentally or un appropriate returned our way (that’s not a RS MOTOSPORTS item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not RS Motosports. We’ll always do our best to help out, but unfortunately, we can’t make any promises!
