RETURN POLICY

RS MOTOSPORTS has been standing strong behind its quality over 2 YEARS and this is the main reason that customers catch the pride wearing it. Before shipping, a product is always well monitored and cross checked by our team as your satisfaction is important for us. Having worldwide customers the need of perfection in results is a key factor. But in case of Return and Exchange, certain things need to be taken care of

REQUISITES FOR RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are now available in the United States and Canada and must be done within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags, undamaged and have all components that were provided, e.g., thank you card, etc.
Anything accidentally or un appropriate returned our way (that’s not a RS MOTOSPORTS item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not RS Motosports. We’ll always do our best to help out, but unfortunately, we can’t make any promises!
Note: Despite proper packaging, a package can get damaged due to mishandling in the shipment process. If you receive an open or damaged box, contact at our email: customerservice@rsmotosports.com 

REQUISTES FOR NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

  • Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned however alterations can be made to them after paying very nominal charges usually varying between $20 to $50, depending on the alteration required.
  • We process all orders strictly to buyers selected size and colors. We will not be able to provide refund or exchange in this particular case. Size charts are available with detailed information for measuring your size on our website. If you have any question regarding size, please send us an email at “ customerservice@rsmotosports.com  ”
  • Worn or altered items cannot be returned. Products should be inspected upon receipt. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item.
  • No refund/ return will be issued to the customer ordering more than one products at a single time. This is to ideally restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.

REFUND & PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund will be made to your original payment method.
  • Return Shipping charges are non-refundable.
